Quote of the day.

Happy Wednesday Lovers, hope it's a great one for you. I have a busy day ahead of me, studying for my yoga certification exam, working out and packing for Santorini and getting stuff ready for the move back to New York, busy days are the best days it leaves no time for laziness to creep in. 

Last night I enjoyed a nice dinner with two amazing ladies that I've met while here in Greece, their men play on the same team as my manfriend. I've really enjoyed their company while here in Athens, they've made being away from home a lot more bearable, and I am truly going to miss them when we leave.  It's a crazy business that my guy is in but it does allow you to create friendships with people from all over and that is something very special. 

Today's quote comes from American writer Charles R. Swindoll and it's about having the right attitude. This quote is badass to say the least and it is so true about how important it is to have the right attitude and approach when it comes to your life. I guess you can say attitude is everything.

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes.
