Today's quote is in honor of Jimmy V. week. Jim Valvano was a national championship college basketball coach who is most famous for his speech he gave at the Espy awards just eight weeks before he died of cancer. This man was a beast, his words could move anyone, his main message he delivered was to never give up, live life to the fullest, smile, hug someone, be a dreamer. He said this all while knowing that death was at his door. He is someone I truly admire and his words have inspired me to dream more and worry less.

To me, there are three things we all should do every day. We should do this every day of our lives. Number one is laugh. You should laugh every day. Number two is think. You should spend some time in thought. And number three is, you should have your emotions moved to tears, could be happiness or joy. But think about it. If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special.
